PRE-KINDERGARTEN

Mission

The pre-kindergarten program provides for physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of the child through a well-conceived academic program. All development in these areas must be interrelated in order to provide a unique quality environment for future learning. Early literacy practices include alphabet and phonetic awareness. 

Requirements:

  • 4 years old by October 30
  • Vaccination up-to-date (PVAC Form)
  • Completed application and physical examination forms
  • One on one interview with program coordinator or academic counselor
Program Characteristics:
  • Three 24-students group
  • The Pre-kindergarten schedule is from 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Students participate in the School Lunch Program
  • Full day program since 1990
  • Physical Education Classes
  • Daily Outdoors Activities
